"Fifth Sunday" Potluck & Leadership Training

Four training seminars during the year designed to strengthen and equip our Leaders. 

 September 11, 2011, (in place of July 31, 2011)

Our first Potluck Sunday will be a special Small Group Leader Information/Training Session to introduce a new idea for small groups.  Our goal is to engage as many of our members and regular attenders as possible in attending a "Sermon App" group.  See the "Study Groups" section of the web-site for more information.  Anyone who is interested in becoming a Small Group Leader or Co-leader, as well as seasoned Small Group Leaders are most welcome to attend this event.

Why participate?

• It is an opportunity to be encouraged through discussion with others who are in a similar role
• It is an opportunity to gain knowledge and valuable tools to equip you as a leader

 Where does this take place?

• In the East wing of the education wing

 What happens?  (Times to be updated)

• 12:30 – 1:30 – Eating:  Lunch – Please, bring a food item to share as well as dishes and cutlery
•   1:30 – 2:30 – Time of Sharing, Discussion, and Prayer

 What about my children?

• Nursery available for 0 – age 4
• Age 5 and up - A movie will be shown on the large screen in the youth room
